Ambrose concentrates his practice on all manner of real estate and land use matters, assisting clients in protecting and maximizing the value of their real estate holdings.  He is an experienced land use and zoning attorney who represents clients in obtaining federal, state and local land development and zoning approvals to for residential, commercial and industrial developments throughout Pennsylvania.  He has represented a wide array of clients in complex and controversial projects before various municipal governing bodies, zoning boards, boards, and in the courts throughout central Pennsylvania.  He has also assisted clients in obtaining property tax assessment relief for clients.

Ambrose’s land development clients include national and international warehousing and distribution developers, student housing developers, national retail chains, shopping center developers, large residential developers, charitable organizations, utility companies, and local municipalities. He advises clients on all aspects of the development and zoning approval process, including the planning, strategy and hearings at the state or local level, and appellate strategy before the courts.

In addition to his land development and zoning practice, Ambrose represents numerous clients in commercial real estate transactions including purchase, sale and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. He has served as outside real estate counsel for several pharmaceutical companies, hospital systems, manufacturers, retailers, and distribution chain companies in negotiating the lease, purchase or sale for office, retail and warehousing properties throughout the country.
