From I-83 (Lancaster/Harrisburg): Take I-83 south/US-322 west. Merge onto US-22 west/US-322 west at Exit 67 (toward Lewistown). Take US-15 north toward Selinsgrove. US-15 north becomes Market Street.

From Scranton/Wilkes-Barre: Take 309 BR south and merge onto I-81 south. Exit onto I-80 west at Exit 151B toward Bloomsburg. Take the US-15 exit (Exit 210A-B). Merge onto US-15 north at Exit 210B. US-15 north becomes Market Street.

From Philadelphia and South: Take I-476 north for about 79 miles. Exit I-476 at Exit 95 (I-80/PA 940 East). Stay on I-80 west and exit I-80 at Exit 210 B (US-15 north). US-15 north becomes Market Street.

From Reading: Take Route 61 north and merge onto I-81 north toward Hazleton. Exit onto I-80 west at Exit 151B (toward Bloomsburg). Take the US-15 north exit (Exit 210B). US-15 north becomes Market Street.

From Northern New Jersey/New York: Take I-280 west. Exit at I-80 west (exit on left) toward Dover/Delaware Water Gap. Merge onto Express Lane west, which becomes I-80 west. Exit onto US-15 north at Exit 210B. US-15 becomes Market Street.
