Leonard P. Goldberger Talks Investments at Chinese Universities

PHILADELPHIA , PA, December 19, 2011 – Stevens & Lee Shareholder Leonard P. Goldberger lectured on Chinese investments in the United States at Peking University Law School and Central University of Finance and Economics Law in Beijing, China on December 5 and 6, 2011.

The lectures discussed the increasing opportunities for Chinese investors to acquire financially-distressed businesses and assets in the U.S., as well as the challenges of making such investments in a politically charged environment of heightened trade-related tensions, as China has ascended to become the world’s second largest economy and an indispensable player on the global stage.
