Beth Stern Fleming represents equipment lessors, landlords, manufacturers and lenders in debt restructures, asset recovery and bankruptcies. Ms. Fleming has represented major equipment lessors and creditors in the Enron, Kmart, Ameriserve, Fleming, Newpower, AHERF, ANC Rental, Discovery Zone, Hechinger, Homeplace Stores, Montgomery Ward, Planet Hollywood, Jumbo Sports, Crowley Miner, Nationwise Automotive, Harnischfeger, Marchfirst, REAL, Laura Ashley and Commercial Financial Services bankruptcies. She is a resident in the Firm’s Philadelphia office.
