READING, PA, March 26, 2003 – C. Thomas Work was a featured speaker at a Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE course, "Litigating in Orphans’ Court." The 6-credit course was offered on February 26th in Mechanicsburg, PA and March, 25th in Philadelphia, PA.
Mr. Work, Chair of the Estates & Trusts Department, concentrates his practice in estate and tax planning, fiduciary administration, litigation of fiduciary matters (including the defense of surcharge claims brought against corporate fiduciaries), and consulting with banks and trust companies on matters of fiduciary administration and regulatory compliance. He received a J.D., with distinction from Duke University (1977) and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Dickinson College (1974). Mr. Work, a shareholder, is based in the Firm’s Reading, PA office.
