VALLEY FORGE, PA, December 12, 2003 – Charles J. Bloom was a featured presenter at the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants "Forensic and Litigation Services Conference" held on December 9 in King of Prussia, PA.

Mr. Bloom presented "Analysis and Litigation of Fraud," which included how to detect indications of fraud in early stages of analysis, techniques of investigating fraud and embezzlement, documentation and reporting of frauds and government interaction concerning fraud issues.  

Mr. Bloom, a Shareholder, concentrates his practice in complex corporate litigation with a focus on securities, corporate governance and intellectual property litigation. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Arlin M. Adams, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. A frequent lecturer, he has spoken at numerous Pennsylvania Bar Institute programs and has taught the Basic Civil Practice course sponsored by the Federal Courts Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Bloom has been an arbitrator for the NASD since 1985 and a mediator for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania since the inception of its program. He received a J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania and an A.B. from Princeton University.
