VALLEY FORGE, PA, June 4, 2003 – Larry J. Rappoport was a presenter at the National Labor Relations Act Basic Law & Procedures program, where he discussed recent developments in unfair labor practice cases. The program, sponsored by the American Bar Association, was held on June 4 in Philadelphia.
Mr. Rappoport concentrates his practice in traditional labor relations law, employment discrimination and other employment-related litigation and arbitrations, including noncompetes, protection of trade secrets and confidential information and other employment-related tort and contract claims. Mr. Rappoport was formerly a staff attorney with both the National Labor Relations Board and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, and also served as Director of Labor Relations at the Sands Hotel & Casino. A shareholder of the Firm, Mr. Rappoport resides in the Firm’s Valley Forge office.
