VALLEY FORGE, PA, May 22, 2003 – Larry J. Rappoport was a presenter at the 9th Annual Northeast Regional Employment Law Conference, held on April 29 and April 30 in Philadelphia. Mr. Rappoport’s topic, “Thorny Discovery Issues in Employment Discrimination Cases,” covered discovery and key things to look for and consider during the process.
Mr. Rappoport concentrates his practice in traditional labor relations law, employment discrimination and other employment related litigation and arbitrations, including noncompetes, protection of trade secrets and confidential information and other employment-related tort and contract claims. Mr. Rappoport was formerly a staff attorney with both the National Labor Relations Board and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, and also served as Director of Labor Relations at the Sands Hotel & Casino.
