Our tax-exempt finance practice is one of the largest in Pennsylvania in terms of the number of transactions we complete and the value of those transactions. We have significant experience in financing, derivative products, refinancing, debt restructuring for manufacturing, health care and higher education facilities, convention centers and other project finance assignments. Assisting clients in crafting innovative financing plans that create economically efficient solutions to improve cash flow and fund programs in compliance with federal and state tax law requirements is our work.

We have successfully completed over 1,200 assignments with a value of more than $25 billion in the last 10 years including 250 transactions for nonprofit health care and higher education issuers totaling $4 billion.
