Todd concentrates his practice in litigation, including
commercial and health care litigation, and frequently prepares
physicians for depositions and trial.
In addition to his litigation work, Todd lectures on
risk management, issues of patient involvement and accountability and
informed consent issues in both the private practice and acute care
hospital settings. Todd has recently assisted with several cases that
went to verdict, all in favor of his clients.
Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, Todd was a John Marshall
scholar at Franklin & Marshall, where he pursued a premedical curriculum
his first two years and was elected to the Alpha Epsilon Delta National
Premedical Honor Society.
In law school, Todd was
awarded the Murray S. Love Trial Moot Court Award and received the First
Place Advocate award at the Wallace S. Gourley Trial Moot Court
competition.
