Mark is an experienced litigator who practices in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Although his practice encompasses a wide variety of commercial disputes, he focuses his attention on several areas, including equity actions - frequently involving pursuing and defending injunctions - with a particular emphasis on unfair competition and trade secret issues.

Mark is also involved in the representation of financial institutions and corporate fiduciaries; environmental and land use litigation, including construction and commercial landlord/tenant issues; insurance coverage issues and actions for declaratory relief; commercial brokerage and commission disputes; and practice before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. Mark's Commonwealth Court practice includes state agency appeals, as well as original jurisdiction actions involving the Commonwealth.

Mark also handles cases involving professional licensure defense.
