Amy concentrates her practice in negotiating, drafting and
reviewing commercial agreements with a particular emphasis on
transaction involving information technology and intellectual
property. She has considerable experience with software licensing,
development, service and implementation agreements; e-commerce issues;
confidentiality agreements and joint ventures involving licensing and
marketing agreements.
Amy has recently extended her practice to federal low income
housing tax credit transactions and has represented investors,
developers and syndicates.
While in law school, she received both the William B. Spong Professionalism Award and the Marshall
Wythe Gambrell Professionalism Award. She served as a Board Editor for the William
& Mary Law Review and as a Dean's Associate.
