Todd concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, including securities litigation, representation of broker-dealers and financial services companies, antitrust litigation, contract disputes and tax assessment appeals.

Todd has served under three federal judges. During law school, he served as judicial intern to the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica, current Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Judicial Circuit.  After graduation, Todd served as interim judicial law clerk to the Honorable Bruce I. Fox of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  After leaving Judge Fox's chambers, Todd served for two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christopher C. Conner, United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
