Ken concentrates his practice in the areas of structured finance, asset securitization, complex financial transactions and the trading of loans, leases and other financial assets. He is involved in the purchase and sale of servicing rights portfolios and acquisitions, and the sales and restructuring of finance companies. Ken represents originators, servicers, buyers, sellers, investment bankers and other intermediaries in structured finance transactions, securitizations and trades involving loans, leases and other financial assets. He is also involved in conduit and servicing for many types of financial assets.

• Sovereign Bank in the purchase of $100 million of motor vehicle leases
• The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) in the public securitization of $1.2 billion of student loans
• Boscov's in the sale of its $175 million private credit card portfolio to HSBC
• Sovereign Capital Markets in providing a $300 million off balance sheet mortgage warehouse facility for a substantial mortgage loan securitization
