Rob represents health care providers in litigation matters and in preventing and managing risk. He has extensive experience in administrative matters, having served as Senior Counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of Health, where he worked with the Division of Nursing Care Facilities, the Bureau of Facility Licensure and Certification and the Deputy Secretary for Quality Assurance.

Rob has litigated in state and federal courts and has pursued nearly 100 administrative matters from inception to conclusion, including appeals to the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Rob was a law clerk for a trial court judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden, N.J.
