Ed has practiced labor and employment law for management for more than 35 years. He appears before many federal and state courts and has litigated before nearly all of the federal, state and local administrative agencies in the labor and employment law areas. 

He has more than 50 jury trials to his credit. His practice also consists of collective bargaining negotiations and extensive counseling of clients in labor and employment law. Ed represents both private and public companies including cities, counties, boroughs, and businesses in the manufacturing and service industries. He taught labor and business law at Lafayette College and insurance and business law at the Pennsylvania State University.
