Dana represents attorneys at all levels of attorney disciplinary
proceedings in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She also represents
licensed professionals before the Bureau of Professional and
Occupational Affairs.
As part of her practice, she also represents
clients in all levels of civil litigation,
including product liability issues, contract disputes over fees, law firm partnership breakups and commercial transactions.
Dana served as law clerk to the Honorable John B. Mariano in
the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County, Law Division.
