David has served as a trustee in hundreds of bankruptcy cases and has been involved in countless investigations of fraudulent transfers and other malfeasance committed by corporate officers and individual debtors. He recently served as lead American counsel for the receivers of affiliated reinsurance companies with debt exceeding $100 million in reorganization proceedings in Bermuda, Australia and the United States.

David was a law clerk to the Honorable John J. Galgay, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Southern District of New York.
