Chuck has more than 20 years of experience as an employee benefits attorney with emphasis on welfare and pension plan design, plan compliance and administration, executive deferred compensation and stock-based plans for private and publicly traded corporations. He is also experienced with all aspects of the single- and multi-employer plan provisions of ERISA and in the employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
