John concentrates his practice in mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance and other corporate transactions, including multinational transactions and various strategic alliances. John principally represents privately held middle market companies in a wide range of industries.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, he has advised buyers and sellers in a variety of domestic and international transactions, including several auctions involving privately held companies. John also has advised both buyers and sellers in stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, including management and other leveraged buyouts.
