Jeff focuses on corporate and finance matters with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, capital formation and corporate governance in consolidating industries.

His experience in corporate governance matters includes assisting acquirers, target companies and boards of directors in connection with unsolicited board destabilization attempts, proxy contests and other non-negotiated takeover attempts.

Jeff currently spends substantially all of his time as Vice President of Stevens & Lee's investment banking affiliate, Griffin Financial Group. In this role, Jeff advises companies in connection with the strategic aspects of mergers and acquisitions and capital formation.
