Bob concentrates his practice in structured finance and assists clients in buying, selling and securitizing financial assets and sales of servicing portfolios and warehouse lending and conduit financing. He also represents water and sewer authorities on a wide range of issues, including the acquisition, construction and improvement of water and waste water facilities.

Bob frequently publishes articles and has presented many continuing legal education seminars and taught courses for the American Institute of Banking and other professional groups.
