Rob focuses his practice on employee benefits and compensation
matters, including all aspects of executive compensation with
particular emphasis on golden parachutes, employment and severance
agreements, non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements and
executive compensation in merger and acquisition transactions.
An accountant as well as a lawyer, Rob provides analysis regarding
the economic consequences of executive employment and change in
control arrangements with an emphasis on golden parachute (280G)
implications and post-termination obligation.
Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, Rob worked for Ernst & Young in its
Affiliate Accounting division and later as a financial services
supervisor for a mid-size New Jersey law firm.
