Jocelyn concentrates the majority of her practice in corporate and financial restructuring, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation in state and federal courts.

She represents financially distressed companies, corporate officers and directors, trustees, debtors, committees, secured and unsecured creditors, financial institutions, landlords, investors, insurers and asset purchasers in various industries. Jocelyn also advises businesses, lenders, insurers and Chapter 11 corporate debtors on contingency planning and restructuring implementation.

In addition to her corporate restructuring practice, Jocelyn also routinely represents individuals and businesses in real estate transactions.

Jocelyn previously served as a judicial aide to the Honorable Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of LA. She is a recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence.
