John represents creditors, trustees and creditors’
committees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. He also
has represented numerous clients in commercial litigation and
creditors’ rights actions.
John represents several large multiemployer pension
plans in bankruptcy cases throughout the U.S. He has successfully
represented a creditor with a $3 million-secured claim in a Chapter 11
proceeding in New Jersey and represents a real estate lender in a
Chapter 11 case in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
During law school, John was a legal intern for the
Honorable Timothy K. Lewis of the United States Court of Appeals for the
Third Circuit and the Honorable Gustave Diamond of the United States
District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to law school, John was a legislative aide for the
U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Small Business chaired by
Congressman John J. LaFalce. While on Capitol Hill, John worked on
legislation relating to small business and the North American Free Trade
Agreement.
