Brian has an extensive national tax-exempt health care, educational facilities and project financing background. He is experienced in tax-exempt derivative products, variable rate transactions, health care pool financing and credit-enhanced financings. He acts as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel and issuers’ counsel in all aspects of tax-exempt finance, including health care, education, utility, municipal, industrial development and exempt facilities, as well as lenders’ counsel in project financings across the country.

Brian came to Stevens & Lee after obtaining valuable experience at one of New York City’s premier firms specializing in tax-exempt finance for health care and higher education clients.
