Mike concentrates his practice in corporate law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Senior Tax Associate with Deloitte & Touche in its International Tax division.

Today, Mike also serves as a Vice President of Griffin Financial Group, our affiliated investment bank, where he provides investment banking services, including merger and acquisition advisory and private placements of debt and equity capital, to clients in the retail and other industries. He holds a Series 7 license from FINRA.
