Eric F. Marshall concentrates his practice in corporate, tax and state and local tax matters.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Mr. Marshall served as a tax consultant with Ernst & Young where he worked on federal, state and local tax matters and corporate reorganizations. At Stevens & Lee, he has worked on corporate financing and equipment leasing issues. Mr. Marshall also counsels tax exempt organizations and assists clients in obtaining tax credits.

Mr. Marshall served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony A. Sarcione, Chester County Court of Common Pleas, West Chester, Pennsylvania.
