Dave is a Senior Managing Director of Griffin Financial Group, Stevens & Lee's affiliated investment bank, where he provides investment banking services. He holds a Series 7 and Series 63 license from FINRA.

Dave worked for regional banking organizations for over 10 years in various executive capacities. As a banker he concentrated on credit policy, commercial lending, commercial loan workout and regulatory compliance.

In his bankruptcy legal practice, Dave represented creditors in a number of collection actions including as counsel for creditors' committees. He has represented purchasers of assets pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code. He has also represented financial institutions in numerous commercial loan, loan workout and restructuring transactions, including automobile floor plan financing with significant sold-out-of-trust units.
