Dave practices in the areas of creditors' rights and bankruptcy. He has represented creditors in a number of collection actions including as
counsel for creditors' committees. Dave has represented a debtor in one of the largest health care related cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He represents financial institutions in numerous commercial loan, loan workout and restructuring transactions, including automobile floor plan financing with significant sold-out-of-trust units.

In addition to being a Shareholder of Stevens & Lee, Dave is a Senior Managing Director of Griffin Financial Group, our affiliated investment bank, where he provides investment banking services. He holds a Series 7 and Series 63 license from FINRA.

Prior to attending law school, Dave worked for regional banking organizations for over 10 years in various executive capacities. As a banker he concentrated on credit policy, commercial lending, commercial loan workout and regulatory compliance. He also worked as a manager for a health care related entity.
