Marsha concentrates her practice in corporate and securities law and
represents both public and private companies in the pharmaceutical,
medical device, health care, finance and television industries in connection with
their organization,
corporate governance, financing and operations. She regularly handles the
public offering and private placement of securities and represents
issuers and investors in connection with registration, reporting,
proxy requirements and compliance matters under the Securities Act of
1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
