Dave concentrates his practice in securities law and mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on representing financial institutions. Most recently, Dave has acted as counsel to two area de novo banks.

Prior to attending law school, he was an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Lieutenant Commander after 24 years of service. He also worked as an investment advisor and a broker at Merrill Lynch.
