Kirsten focuses her practice in health care matters, including corporate transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, integrated delivery systems, exempt organizations, medical staff issues and regulatory matters. Her published works include, The Effect of Managed Care on Mental Health Services, The Health Law Handbook, 1997 Edition, a joint effort with James G. Sheehan, Esquire. She is a former intern with the Health Care Fraud Unit of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
