Christine concentrates her practice in corporate law with a focus on '33 Act and '34 Act compliance and technology licensing. She represents both public and start-up companies in matters relating to their organization, corporate governance, employee relations and funding, and also handles mergers and acquisitions and public and private equity financing. She regularly assists public companies and financial institutions in their compliance with registration, reporting and proxy requirements. 

In addition, Christine is experienced in drafting commercial and licensing agreements for life science and technology companies, including confidential disclosure agreements, research and development agreements, clinical study agreement and material transfer agreements.
