Dave concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, land use and land development matters. Prior to joining Stevens & Lee in 2008, Dave gained experience with a law firm in Lebanon County where a significant portion of his practice included the representation of municipalities and municipal authorities in land use matters. He is a licensed title agent.

In 2001, Dave was appointed Assistant Counsel to the Pennsylvania Legislative Reapportionment Commission where he worked closely with the chairman of the Commission and leading members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly. He began his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank J. Montemuro, Jr., Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

He is a member of the Lebanon County Young Lawyers Division. While in law school, Dave was selected for membership in the Woolsack Honor Society and the Appellate Moot Court Board.
