Cathy is a registered pharmacist as well as a lawyer. She focuses her practice on the representation of institutional, individual and health system providers in a broad range of transactional, regulatory and administrative matters including corporate transactions, joint ventures, fraud and abuse and Stark law issues, health care contracting, compliance and related regulatory issues, licensure matters and reimbursement and billing issues. Before attending law school, she practiced as a licensed pharmacist for several years in long-term care, community and hospital pharmacy settings.
