David concentrates his practice principally in the areas of tax-exempt finance and derivative products. He serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, special tax counsel, letter of credit bank counsel and developer’s and derivative counterparty counsel in connection with innovative and complex financings.

He was the Assistant General Counsel to Health Care Fund, a publicly traded investment trust specializing in developing and financing nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities, alcohol rehabilitation facilities and psychiatric hospitals.
