Our lawyers enjoy premium benefits:
- Blue Cross PPO (including
prescription drugs) health care coverage for lawyers and their
families (subject to coordination with other coverage) fully paid by
the firm (no current employee premium co-pay).
- Pension plan: 10% annual contribution to professionally managed funds. Costs are fully
paid by Stevens & Lee, not you or the fund.
- Annual bonuses for hours worked over 2050 (chargeable, "productive"
non-chargeable as determined by shareholder and pro bono (up to maximum of
40 hours per year)) multiplied by a rate of up to $100 per
excess hour as determined by reviews from shareholders with whom you
worked, plus 10% of fees collected from the clients you originate.
