We have substantial experience in drafting condominium and planned community documentation and working with condominium and planned community operations, including the inter-relationships among project sponsors and developers, and unit owners and owners’ associations. One of our lawyers was an original draftsman of the Pennsylvania model forms for condominiums when the Uniform Condominium Act was first adopted.
