Corporate Fiduciary Support

Wealth Planning, Trusts and Estates

We have defended corporate fiduciaries in many substantial surcharge cases and developed programs that train trust officers to recognize and anticipate problems before they occur and to manage the effects of those that have materialized.

Our firm has represented banks and trust companies before the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and their Attorneys General to terminate or reform charitable trusts that have proven inefficient or ineffective.

We are a liaison to members of our firm who are thoroughly familiar with the federal and state regulation of corporate fiduciaries, the services and products they provide and the products they may now offer on behalf of other vendors.

In addition, we have assisted several corporate fiduciaries in preparing protocols and forms for the exercise of fiduciary judgment.
