Jody's practice includes labor and employment law and litigation involving labor and employment issues. He represents management in human resources and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge matters. Jody counsels employers in the creation and application of workplace policies, including leaves of absence, EEO, FMLA, FLSA, discrimination and harassment policies.

Jody focuses a portion of his practice on the health care industry, where he counsels doctors, hospitals, CEOs, practice administrators and others in the human resources area. His representation of clients in this industry includes professional medical and dental practices, acute care hospitals and long-term acute care facilities.

Jody has conducted numerous training sessions for clients, most recently on sexual harassment for supervisors and a separate training session for non-supervisory employees. He has also recently conducted a number of training sessions for supervisors on the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
