Supreme Court Reverses Jevic Structured Dismissal That Deviated From Bankruptcy Code’s Priority Scheme

In light of the U.S. Supreme Court's holding in Czyzewski v. Jevic Holding Corp., a structured dismissal can no longer include distributions of estate property that deviate from the priority system established under the Bankruptcy Code.
