Ann Reichelderfer Presents at Gift Planning Council of New Jersey Event

PRINCETON, NJ, November 20, 2015 – Ann Reichelderfer, Stevens & Lee Shareholder, presented during the Gift Planning Council of New Jersey’s “Learn Network Grow” event held November 16, 2015, in Iselin, NJ.

Ms. Reichelderfer sat on the panel, “Got a Bequest – What Happens Next?” which covered the necessary and appropriate steps to secure a bequest following a bequest notification.

Ms. Reichelderfer heads Stevens & Lee’s New Jersey Estates and Trusts practice. She has been in private practice for more than 35 years.

She represents institutions of higher education in gift planning, trust and estate administration, taxation and regulation compliance. She handles these and a wider set of issues as general counsel for two higher education clients.

In her estates and trusts practice, Ms. Reichelderfer counsels individual clients on tax and estate planning, estate and trust administration and charitable giving, and represents both individuals and institutions in fiduciary litigation.

She received a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A., with honors, from Swarthmore College.
