Ann Reichelderfer Presents at the Planned Giving Day Conference

PHILADELPHIA, PA, November 1, 2011 – Ann Reichelderfer presented at the 2011 Planned Giving Day Conference sponsored by The Partnership for Philanthropic Planning of Greater Philadelphia on October 26, 2011 in Philadelphia, PA.

Ms. Reichelderfer discussed tax leveraged charitable gifting strategies, such as using charitable lead and remainder trusts and making gifts of remainder interests, appreciated assets and tax deferred retirement funds.

Ms. Reichelderfer has over 30 years experience in trusts and estates law and counsels clients on tax and estate planning, estate and trust administration and charitable giving and represents both individuals and institutions in fiduciary litigation. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a member of the partnership for Philanthropic Planning and the National Committee on Planned Giving. She was a founder of the Gift Planning Council of New Jersey and Board Chair of the Princeton Area Community Foundation. She holds a J.D. from the New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Swarthmore College.
