Catherine is a member of the Litigation and Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Departments. She has involvement with all aspects of pre-trial practice, including pre-trial discovery and related motion practice, the application of the latest information technology to pre-trial and trial preparation, depositions, and dispositive motion practice. She similarly assists with trial preparation and trial support.

Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, Catherine served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jane M. Virden, Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi. She was also a legal intern in Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of District of Columbia, and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Beryl A. Howell, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
