PARAMUS, NJ, May 5, 2020 – Stevens & Lee announced today that Salvatore Giampiccolo, Nicole DiBello, John Visconi and Nicholas Eliades have joined the firm.

Stevens & Lee has a Princeton, NJ, office comprised of more than 30 lawyers, as well as a New York City office.
The firm has opened temporary office space in Paramus, NJ, while the state remains on stay-at-home orders.
Sal Giampiccolo concentrates his practice on a wide range of commercial litigation and commercial lending matters for automotive industry clients, including captive financial entities, among other clients, and assists financial institutions in loan transactions and related litigation. He also represents clinical research organizations and life science companies in litigation and general corporate matters, and also assists individuals and foreign companies in establishing and maintaining a presence in the U.S., and with their ongoing operations as U.S. operating subsidiaries.
Nicole DiBello practices in the corporate, real estate, commercial lending, franchise, general contract and transactional areas. While much of her practice focuses on the automotive industry, including manufacturers, captive finance companies and several start-up vehicle manufacturers and distributors, she also represents both large and small privately held companies from inception to operations and succession planning.
John Visconi focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation at the state and federal levels, and has successfully litigated claims in the areas of land use, employment and civil rights. He has represented municipal and local government entities in various capacities as general counsel and special litigation counsel. He has considerable expertise concerning the storage, preservation and production of electronically stored information. John served as a law clerk to the Honorable Arnold B. Goldman, J.S.C., in Ocean County, NJ.
Nicholas Eliades is a commercial litigator and represents clients in business disputes, class actions, general liability, product liability and mass tort across state and federal jurisdictions. He was a law clerk to the Hon. Robert J. Gilson, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
