Steve and Vince will discuss how an ESOP transaction can benefit the company,\u00a0 its owners and its employees. Talking points will cover tax benefits, company valuation and financings, among other topics. In addition, speakers will go through the process and roadmap on how to explore the approach to and ultimately become an ESOP owned company.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
