Mastering the Bid: Staying Compliant in State and Local Markets

Maeve Cannon, Chair of Stevens & Lee’s Administrative Law and Government Contracts Group, will present “Mastering the Bid: Staying Compliant in State and Local Markets” at the Building Better Business Summit hosted by ABC New Jersey at the Hyatt Regency in Princeton, NJ, on May 21 at 9:00 a.m.

Bidders who are responsive to and understand the many rules governing procurement at the state and local level will help ensure their bids are not disqualified as noncompliant.
