Mastering the Bid: Staying Compliant in State and Local Markets

Maeve Cannon, Chair of Stevens & Lee’s Administrative Law and Government Contracts Group, will present “Mastering the Bid: Staying Compliant in State and Local Markets” at the Building Better Business Summit hosted by ABC New Jersey at the Hyatt Regency in Princeton, NJ, on May 21 at 9:00 a.m. 

Maeve will discuss how being the lowest bidder is only half the challenge. Bidders who are responsive to and understand the many rules governing procurement at the state and local level will help ensure their bids are not disqualified as noncompliant. This seminar will address the many requirements of state and local contracting and provide real-world advice to help you submit a responsive and responsible bid.
