Our summer program provides a challenging and realistic professional experience designed to acclimate students to the discipline of private practice and our unique culture. Law students who are sharp, hard-working and eager to learn join our summer program through various local and regional programs, including the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group and the Dauphin County Camp 1L Internship Program, among others, to ensure the diversity of our candidates. We provide students with meaningful educational opportunities and believe in individualized attention, training, mentorship and, ultimately, an offer of employment.
Certain of our summer associates are also given the opportunity to work inside one of our client’s business, resulting in unique and multi-dimensional exposure to training and an understanding of the perspectives of lawyers and clients alike.
