Windley is the Director of Professional Development and Associate Recruiting. She works closely with associates in their career and professional development and, together with practice group leaders, directs efforts in associate recruiting, training and mentorship. She also manages all aspects of the firm’s CLE curriculum.

A graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A.) and the William and Mary Law School (J.D.), Windley has a unique background which includes educator, federal judicial law clerk, practicing attorney, and Adjunct Professor of Law for legal writing and applied legal skills at the William and Mary Law School. Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, Windley most recently served as Law Clerk to the Honorable David L. Ashworth, President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Lancaster County.
