Current Opportunities
Stevens & Lee is a full-service law firm with approximately 200 attorneys in 16 offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, NYC and Wilmington, DE. We provide services to a wide range of business clients – from lower middle-market to Fortune 500 companies – on a regional and national basis. The law firm is part of The Stevens & Lee Companies, a diversified professional services firm with synergetic lines of business, including an investment bank and other complementary financial and consulting services organizations.
Stevens & Lee’s Labor and Employment Group is one of the largest in the Mid-Atlantic region and exclusively represents management in both the public and private sectors. Within the broad scope of our employment law counseling and litigation practice, we maintain a subspecialty practice representing financial institutions faced with FINRA arbitration matters, including raiding and recruiting issues, restrictive covenant issues and noncompete agreements. The continued growth and expansion of this subspecialty practice has created an associate opening in our Princeton office.
Ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of experience in any of the following areas:
- Employment litigation
- Restrictive covenants
- FINRA arbitrations
- Noncompete agreements
- Employment/severance agreements
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Additional bar admissions a plus.
